Refund & Return Policy

Digital Goods Policy: Due to the instant delivery nature of digital games and apps, all sales are considered final and non-returnable once the download access is granted.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only considered under the following limited circumstances:
- Technical Failure: The digital file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded after multiple attempts.
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error.
- Non-Delivery: You did not receive the download link within 24 hours of a successful payment.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We cannot issue refunds for:
- Change of mind after the game has been downloaded.
- Incompatibility with your device (please check system requirements before purchasing).
- Lack of necessary software or skills to operate the game.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase with your Transaction ID:

4. Refund Timelines
Once approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method (PhonePe, Razorpay, or UPI):
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
- Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated from our end.
